PROOFSPACE NAMES STEVE LASSIG TO HEAD VERTICAL SALES ORGANIZATION

CHICAGO, IL – JUNE 19, 2007 – ProofSpace, Inc, a Chicagoland tech startup
marketing patented trusted timestamping and data authentication technologies, has named respected local businessman Steve Lassig to head up sales efforts for vertical markets in the U.S.

A prolific and successful entrepreneur, Mr. Lassig brings over 20 years of experience in technical and business development roles within pharmaceutical, banking and manufacturing to ProofSpace. He co-founded and was CEO of Technology Professionals Corp., taking the company to #88 on the
“INC 500” list before selling the company in December 2006. He is a three-time finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. Steve also co-founded and held leadership roles with Resource Ocean, a human resource Enterprise Resource Planning company, and Crane Software, an ERP
company for the overhead crane industry.
