Does the ProofMark System use the STIME Protocol (Secure Network Time Protocol) to guarantee the TimeStamps?

ProofMark doesn't use STIME in the current release, because we feel that our "widely witnessed time" cross-certification model provides a technically superior and more trustworthy mechanism for ensuring reliable network "agreements" as to what time it really is. However, there is no significant technical barrier to incorporating STIME support, should a customer desire it.
